I have to finish my 8 minibooks by tomorrow morning. I have to wrap 9 birthday presents and 1 Christmas present before then as well. I have to chop veggies. I have to decide on whether or not to make 3 birthday cards. And sometime before Saturday I have to come up with 1 more birthday present, definitely make 1 birthday card, and transport ALL of this stuff across town. And I have spent the last 30 minutes fiddling around with what I like to think of as my fake html, perusing other people’s photographs, and freezing my toes off.
That last bit reminded me I didn’t have a mocha from anywhere today, and my only cup of coffee was decaf. So now I am contemplating a starbucks run. OK, I’ll make a deal with me. 1 hour diligently working on my books, and then I can go to Starbucks. Then I can choose to go shopping tonight, or save it for… (gasp) Friday.

Sounds like a re-run of the preparation for the bachelorette party/your friend’s wedding. Do you always have thiese major projects going on??
(Though it reminds me of the years I made scrapbook layouts for both my parents and MIL’s Christmas and would be up late frantically trying to finish them in time.)
