It’s such a happy thing. Corey and I were just sitting here talking and he pretty much told me he had a great day. I love that! Totally pushed the grumbles out of my mind.
Whenever I think something might add to a particular mood I am in or trying to acheive I try to run with it. The other night shopping at KMart sounded really Christmassy to me. I think it’s becuase they always had nice commercials at the the holidays when I was a kid. I haven’t actually shopped there in years since I don’t much care for it (I used to love Super K with Tracey in the middle of the night, but other than that it is usually a disappointment.) Saturday’s trip was enough to dash any last bit of holiday cheer i had this weekend. Today I decided that Sears would be a Christmassy place to get gifty – plus I was pretty certain that they sell Black & Decker products. I don’t shop at Sears either, but I had a wonderful shopping trip there. They had everything I was looking for, all the salespeople were nice, and I really felt I bought good gifts for people I love. And when I left the store big, fat snowflakes were falling. Lovely!
